About Our CEO❖Monica Randall, CEO and founder, is a proud graduate of the University of Phoenix where she obtained her MBA in Business Management. A self-proclaimed "photo junkie," Monica loves making memories for couples and families. To her, pictures have always been a form of art that tells stories. After working in the healthcare industry for over 20 years, Monica decided to help people in a new way...creating heartfelt memories. She also enjoys traveling, nature, and biking. Today, her goals are simple—to become the best photography freelancer!

Terms & Privacy Policy
All clients must adhere to the following Terms & Privacy Policy:REQUIRED FOR BOOKING:
A signed contract and 50% deposit is required at the time of booking. Final payment is due 14 days prior to photo session.Cancellation & Refund Policy:
Events cancelled more than 30 days from the event will receive 1/2 of the deposit back. All events will incur a loss of deposit if the event is cancelled within 30 days of the event.COVID-19/Health Policy:
Monica Randall and her representatives, clients and associates of the event/photo session, and guests must adhere to local and federal COVID-19/Health mandates. This includes wearing face coverings or masks and social distancing. This rule is mandatory unless otherwise noted in writing.For everyone's safety and well-being, we're asking that anyone who currently has COVID-19, has been in contact with anyone who has had COVID-19 within 21 days prior to your event, or has symptoms of COVID-19 to please not attend your event/photo session. If you have to cancel your event because of COVID-19, we will offer a complimentary rescheduling within 6 months. If rescheduling is not possible (due to health concerns), we will offer a full refund.Privacy Policy:Data Collection & Usage:
Your privacy is important to us and we will only collect and use personally identifiable information when you fill out our online forms, "Media Release" forms, "Contact Us" forms, client quotes and contracts, email subscription forms or in electronic mail (email) communication.

How We Protect Your Privacy:
We protect all of the personally identifiable info mentioned above by storing the information using password protected databases and email servers from 3rd party vendors, such as Google, Microsoft, Carrd, and other corporations. We are not responsible for data breaches or any type of damage caused by our networks or third-party vendors.

To our clients located in the European Union (EU), our aforementioned Privacy Policy also pertains to you, along with the added abilities to opt in and out of our Sites' cookies.
